Nutrition includes the following sections: Nutritional or Orthomolecular therapy, Food Counts, BMI (body mass index calculator), Glycemic index, Fats and Oils, Foods, Vitamins, Minerals, Carbohydrates, Enzymes, Acid-Base Balace, Amino-acids and Antioxidants.The interactive calculators are fully functional. Other functions, like the nutritional therapy section, require registration. Nutrition is of educational value and allows you to gain more control over body weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. All functions of the program can be easily controlled from its main menu. My Data Bank (MDB) is included with the Nutrition Software. MDB is a Data bank for your own entries. It enables you to add your own listings, delete and print.
