Описание:
Image displaying/conversion/processing library. Permits you to display/open/save images of the the following formats: BMP, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, GIF, PCX, ICO, WMF, EMF, J2K, JBG. This library includes functions for output of images to your application's window at controlled scale. Allows to open multi-page images. It can be used with applications written in the Visual Basic, Delphi, C++ Builder and Visual C++. The package also includes Image Viewer, based entirely on the HandyImage library. Contains functions for the output of images to your application's window, with coordinate and scale control features. Permits designation of the viewport into the entire image data set. Any portion of the image may be displayed, the entire image or any smaller portion of it. HandyImage DLL works with LARGE raster images.
