AllPicturez is a specialized news reader for Windows 95/98/Me that focuses on picture newsgroups. It filters text and spam from Usenet postings and presents only the pictures in an easy to use interface.
The software offers thumbnail support, zoom and other basic image editing features. It supports common file formats such as JPEG, GIF, Base64 and UUdecode as well as queued downloads and server authentication.
