CD/Spectrum Pro is a CD/MP3 Player with Graphical Spectrum Analyzer for Windows. It has several independent parts: CD Audio player, Spectrum Analyzer, Mixer, MediaFiles (MP3/WAV) Player, Synchronized Visuals Window, etc. The CD Audio player has almost every feature you can find on any software CD player - programmed mode, intro mode, optional taskbar icon
operation,auto-play, auto-exit, auto-eject, artist/track/title database, CDDB support,etc. The spectrum analyzer graphically depicts the frequency spectra of the CD music in real time. (Unless you don't have a Pentium, in which case it is *almost* real time ) The MediaFiles player will play MP3 and WAV files. (A 90Mhz or better Pentium is required to decode MP3 files.) You may use any or all of the components without effect on the others. In other words, if you don't like the CD player, you can close it and use only the spectrum analyzer, or the other way around.
This new version of CD/Spectrum Pro was written to work in conjunction with The Psychedelic Screen Saver, and/or The Kinemorphic 3D Screen Saver, and/or the Hypnogenic Screen Saver to provide stunning visuals that 'dance to the beat' of the music you play on the CD or in the MediaFiles module.
